Any Tips To Improve? | Currently Silver V

Right now, I'm Silver V currently maining top and mid lane. I get around 50- 80 cs around 10 minutes. Most of the time I go even or beat my laner, but I end up losing the game. I look at the minimap once per 15 seconds, and constantly ping to let my teammates know where my laner is, and the enemy jungler. I often communicate with my team if my laner blows flash, teleport, etc. I buy pinks whenever my old pink dies, and constantly tell my team to go for objectives when we have the chance (Ex, the enemy jungler is bot, I ping to go to baron.) I've watched a lot of videos of how to improve, and get off tilt, etc., but it seems to not work. I'm really desperate to hit gold this season, and I'm struggling to get out of Silver V. I know I have a lot to improve on and any help would be appreciated. Any help would be greatly appreciated to help me get out of Silver. :D Thanks in advanced. (I usually solo queue)
