refund suggestion

How about when you buy a certian amount of rp you get a extra refund it can be as high as 20,000 because 3 is a very finite number and as time goes by your play style does change and you sometimes find that champions yoou at first think are great after a few games may not suit your style or maybe you just don't play that role very often.. just a suggestion
