I do think it's important to note that they don't have a structure with a supervisor that you can just talk to if you don't like what they have to say. They do have different levels of support, but if you're at the top level you're not going to be able to speak to someone above them. Instead, request to talk to another specialist if you don't understand what they are trying to say; they'll be on the same level, but may be able to communicate a little differently.

However, there is a point where player support really can't and won't do anything more for you, and the decision is not going to change no matter who you talk to. Sometimes you need to accept that you don't like their policy, but that the policy stands.

It would be a little easier to discuss this if you posted the full ticket(s), or at least gave an overview of what it's about, what answers they gave, and what answer you're trying to get.

So what's the issue? They closed the ticket. That's why you can't reply.
