Bug with /Remake Feature

Hello!

So I just recently played a game where a player was dc'd for probably 10 minutes before he/she had finally connected to the game. Player explained there were issues with bug splatting repeatedly. The problem my team faced was that there was no remake option for the game, even though our janna had clearly dc'd. Even the "A summoner has reconnected" voice over appeared when she reconnected to the game, which I believe is enough to understand that they weren't afk but legitimately having connection issues (unless that voice doesn't have any importance whatsoever).

Personally, I thought it would be an auto remake so I was willy-nilly with summoner spells and taking damage, but again it never appeared. We ended up losing terribly and I wish I would've saved the game so you all could see it because I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but in my opinion it should never happen. Also, one of the opposing players was in a promotional series, which congrats to him, but if the boot were on our team, that could've really affected our player negatively. Unfortunate circumstances considering most of the team was optimistic about the entire issue.
