Announcer/Reminder voice in champ select

To tell/remind you to:

• Show your team mates the champion(s) you'd like to play [pick intent part]
• Ban a champion
• Pick a champion
• Select your summoner spells
• Select your runes
• Select your summoner masteries

You get the idea, add an announcer for the key actions listed above and change or have the option to disable the annoying useless sound effects it has now. This will straight-forward notify you of what you need to do instead of those annoying sound effects and it will also prevent people from forgetting to ban, change their runes & masteries, forgetting smite, tp whatever and so on. Resulting in a better playing experience for the player themselves and their team mates.
