Can my ~$150 computer run league at 60 fps?

So built a REALLY CHEAP computer and I was wondering if I can run league at 60 fps. I don't mind having the settings at super low ( I got to gold using a really shitty laptop running LoL on 30 fps lowest settings xD). Specs: CPU: AMD a4-7300 GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 240 Motherboard: Asrock fm2a68M-DG3+ PSU: EVGA 400W

Should be no problem, depending on the resolution but even at 1080p it should run somewhat okayish @ medium settings.

i dunno on my desk top i get about 200 fps

Man I have a gt 240 that I upgraded from like 5 years ago. It is sitting in my house in a static bag. I could have just mailed it to you lol.
