i dont think they are giving out this skin at pax east right now. its the Achlight Vel'koz skin. nowadays skins code have an expiration date so that people cant hold them and wait till they become rare to find and sell for a much higher price, so its likely any skin like the Riot Blitz cannot be redeemed unless you have the card its on and talk to a support at Riot! until then you can try your luck with Mystery Gifting, or wait till the Riot skins come out of the Vault!

most riot blitz and arcade hec codes are already expired btw. mine expired in dec.
