I am honestly confused as to what went wrong here.

We all know riot has been just starting to get worse and worse lately, yet i personally have no idea why. When season 2 was ending it was fairly balanced, most champions were playable with only like 8 champions that completely were outclassed. Season 3 just flat out starts broken. League of warmogs League of clever ect ect, completely broken champions left broken for way to long like zac, jayce, kassadin, ect. Having a new pricing that you have said yourselves would be rare, yet it's been quite common. An overall less production of skins and champions then last year, with SLIGHTLY higher quality (excluding ultimate skins, those are of much higher quality). I honestly want to understand what is wrong, this isn't the company I remember from a year ago.
