@riot regarding bans and the mess of a system

Hey riot, why are people allowed to intent feed and troll in games, and join ranked when they dont know how to play, but yelling at them is bannable within one game.

I know two wrongs dont make a right, but someone with a 12% win rate over 40 games shouldnt be allowed to play ranked, especially when their entire match history is them being like 0-12, lvl 6 at 35 mins. They get to ruin 40 games or so with zero repercussion, yet insulting them results in a chat restriction or a ban from the autoban system. It dosent seem right. You can mute toxic players if you feel offended, but theres no way to remove trolls and feeders from your team.

What gives?

Now that that fake scientist Lyte is gone, about damn time, can we see a REAL moderation system instead of the ass backward shit we have now?
