Riot Games Attending Anime Expo 2015?

Not sure if this is the right board (hence misc.), but for those who are unfamiliar, Anime Expo (an annual event in LA on July 4th weekend) hosted Riot Games at their 2014 convention. There was a giant booth where Riot employees gave out free merch and had displays of several lore-specific weapons. It was overall a really great experience, and having looked at the hosting website of Anime Expo, I can't seem to find League as a sponsor for this year.

Does anyone have any information on this? Would be great to hear.

Maybe they aren't doing it this year, LoL isn't an anime after all. Yeah I get League takes quite a few inspiration and references from anime alike but still it's not an anime/manga if you get what I mean.

Would be cool to see them joining the expo every year though, but in the end of the day it's entirely up to them.

I remember they mentioned that they're not having their own booth this year at AX somewhere on Reddit or Boards, but things may change.

Yeah, I was rather disappointed too. Even though I'm hoping for people to actually sell League-related merchandise there, last year was already a good start at making more goodies.
