I think Ori can somewhat support but her damage would be wasted compared to her mid lane capability, she would only be used for shockwave engages, and i have seen kassadin go top lane when mid lane is a AD like zed or yas, that's really about it, some champions are just meant for 1 maybe 2 things.

What makes Ori good, is her range and shockwave pull in /slow, for great team fight capability, if she is mid lane she also gets pretty built and deals a decent amount of damage, but she still is somewhat able to support, just wouldn't have as much damage. Kass is more of a lone assassin that is very crafty with his ult allowing him to be very mobile and crank out decent amounts of burst on unsuspecting fellows, he can only top against squishier top laners, definitely no tanks that's for sure, so he can only really stick to mid so he can roam with great mobility and surprise burst c:

Oriana simply because she's cuter. But also she's good at helping other teammates too.
