clear account form being suspended
At least clear the account every month or two,Some people get interrupted while playing.Or you can put an option to leave but have a penalty like ,"if you leave this much IP/XP will be taken from you".

For what? If an account got permabanned then it deserves to stay that way.
so if u were disconnected to the point they banned u would u say the same?
its not everyone's falt that there game/server is messed up. (sry for spelling)
