Just wanted to rant a minute on how much I love the fact that so many people love to purposefully be an asshole. Just had a game where we had no tank and were losing due to it so I suggest to the blitz on our team "hey man, mind going tank?" and get "hey man, mind sucking this dick?" as a response. Now this is far from the first time this has happened, but i find it funny that when i say to report this guy over this I am laughed at and made fun of and ultimately i have been made to be the one reported after an incident like this. Why do people like this play these games? How is this fun? What can be done to prevent or avoid it aside from just shutting up and never saying a word to anyone about anything to prevent verbal assault, ridicule or a report for being offended? I don't want to stop playing LoL, but i would say 60-70% of the people i encounter are like this. It isn't worth it. Especially if you even kind of enjoy the social and community aspect of it.

This mostly happens when I play normals, because I could be solo and they could be a group of 4. They will make fun of you because they outnumber you. I actually like the more serious aspect of ranked (Most of the time...) because no one is really ganging up on someone, they are just trying to work together as a team.

League players are assholes. Every time I play, I'm reminded why I NEVER play solo anymore. The only thing that makes this game tolerable is playing with friends, and even then, the randoms you get to fill out the team are usually either incompetent or toxic.
