Since The Rune Combiner is Gone Can There Now Please be a Rune Delete or Sell Option?

Before level 30 I had no clue that it was practically pointless to get any rune below tier three. So when I got to 30 I realized they just took up unnecessary space in my lists of runes but considering combining didn't help cause it would still leave a rune behind. Recently I had contacted player support as my only help for this tiny situation and requested to remove two of these useless runes and the request of course went through great. My question is, to prevent these small mistakes of excess or unwanted runes then why not just a delete or sell rune for half or less than what you bought it at option instead of having to go through player support and go through all the verification?
