champs under 6300?

Hi my name's k pop112 and i'd like to discuss the fact that riot isn't making champs under 6300 anymore.I understand that high ELO players don't care for low priced champs as much as for example: fiora,vi,rengar,kha' zix,etc.But i think its unfair for the new players to be amazed at new champs and then have to wait weeks until they save enough ip for them.I am also a pretty new player and i noticed this with my friend.Thats all anyone who agrees?Until the next time :D peace out
