Skin updates?

I just saw the new skins which are 750RP and started thinking about some of my 975, 1350, and 1820 skins look MUCH worse. Is there any hope for skins like Magnificent TF or Full Metal Jayce to get updated ever? I haven't read anything about this anywhere, so I am genuinely curious.
