Project Katarina problems with splash art?

First, her left thigh is all fat for no reason, which doesn't match her right thigh at all. Secondly, her neck is all darth vadery ugly as if she's 5,000 years old. It may work well with a lore of a project skin, like she was severly injured or something and had to get a robot suit etc. But why put it in the splash? It just uglifies it. Not clean.

First point should definitely be addressed, 2nd point can go through I guess, even though in my eyes it's super ugly.
