its it just me or is volibear the most BROKEN AS FUCK CHAMPION IN SHIT GAME. Dear league, Fix your game the least you could do for the game is make it fun. It might just be me but i dont think its "fun" to get cased and then fucked in the ass and then bitch slapped to death. some people might but the majority isnt in to that shit. fixing volibear might also help fix your problem with leavers cause everytime i see him i want want to FUCKING LEAVE. So according to this significant evidence im pretty sure nerfing voilibear would do more good then harm. Best Regards, league of legends player

I'm a Volibear main and I must say that he is very weak if he can't get his snowball. Here are his weaknesses:

His passive is easily countered by
No wave clear ability (which is why or is a must)
No real engage ability, easily get kited to death
He must buy HP for the sake of both his Passive and W (and people buy , )

And I have some exp to share with you guys:

is better than now.
Volibear is not a tanker. His passive is easily countered by Ignite and some items or skills.
He can still one shot the carry if he buys or but remember to have 1 stack on W before you all in.

I'm not so sure if he needs a rework because he is so unstoppable in low elo games but so harmless in high rank. Btw I got to D5 last season by using him as an one-shot support.
