Gifting Champions

I know that we are currently able to buy champions for other people... But what about us being able to trade or give our current champions that we already own to a friend for free. For example if I have shyvana and my buddy really wants Shyv, I feel like a good person and gift it to him/her. I am not able to get it back afterwards so that was there is no constant trading of the one champion, if you gift it its gone. I also think this would be a good idea for skins if we could do this. I think this would be awesome and I really want to see this happen!

I'm kinda confused by this. So you gift a friend a champion and you no longer own said champion. Does this mean you can rebut it or it's just blocked off? I Just don't see how gifting and trading in this case is different! You are going to be spending to either way!

Its an idea where if you have a champion hat is useless for you then you, and your friend really wants that champion but has not RP, then you just gift him that champion so you no longer own it. This is like unlocking a champion but rehires no RP. Just depend on what you want to loose, money or the champion. If you don't like the champions i don't see why keep it.

I think this is amazing. My friend wants some 3150 IP champs for his Kassadin. I want Kass but he needs RP, and he only plays Olaf so uhh kas is useless to him, and he has no RP.
