Gifting Champions

I know that we are currently able to buy champions for other people... But what about us being able to trade or give our current champions that we already own to a friend for free. For example if I have shyvana and my buddy really wants Shyv, I feel like a good person and gift it to him/her. I am not able to get it back afterwards so that was there is no constant trading of the one champion, if you gift it its gone. I also think this would be a good idea for skins if we could do this. I think this would be awesome and I really want to see this happen!

I'm kinda confused by this. So you gift a friend a champion and you no longer own said champion. Does this mean you can rebut it or it's just blocked off? I Just don't see how gifting and trading in this case is different! You are going to be spending to either way!

I think this is amazing. My friend wants some 3150 IP champs for his Kassadin. I want Kass but he needs RP, and he only plays Olaf so uhh kas is useless to him, and he has no RP.
