Loyalty Incentive Program Ideas

Hey summoners!

I am wanting feedback on ideas you may have for a loyalty incentive program we can present to Riot to create better benefits for us loyal players..
I was thinking tiers of overall spending on an account with perks like extra refunds, ip boosts, or small RP gifts or even a special ward.. Other than that there could also be tiers for number of games played and rewards based accordingly, ie ip boosts, free aram rolls, or even free rune page!

I am not sure if Riot will consider the ideas or not but they definitely should to give more longterm incentive to invest in a game that has been around for quite some time!

Let me know what you guys think..

Can you define what is a loyal player? I'd much rather see good behavior rewarded which would have beneficial <hopefully> repercussions to the whole community. The reason I ask about the meaning of loyal is, I read a thread where someone had been playing long term and had been banned 5 times and refused to spend any money on the game. Is that loyal?

To an extent, yes. But mostly, no. There would be a parameter of gone 4 months without a ban or something similar.. myself I am not so concerned with overall number of bans but rather how recent have they been banned..

I like "The more you spend, but more Refund Points you get". I wasted all 3 of my points pretty soon after I started, because a champ I chose had a crazy high skill requirement or I simply had a bad game and thought that champ wasn't for me. I don't see why they shouldn't have some way to give out more refund points; after all, you're going to spend your refunded IP/RP again anyway.
