Queue Trolls

Alright, so this is my first forum post, but I am tired of queue trolls and I believe I have a simple solution that could help. Firstly, by queue troll, I am referring to those individuals who enter a queue and begin spamming or raging or who are last pick and say **** everyone I'm going mid because I never learned how to play with others. Why not create a unanimous kick system that would give the players some power to counter these trolls. My idea is that in the queue, have a kick player button available for each summoner. If 4 of 5 summoners choose to kick someone then that person is kicked and everyone goes back to matchmaking. Also, the kicked person does not lose lp and cannot be banned for more than 5 min, just in case they didn't deserve the kick.I just thing this would give summoners a tool to make this a game for reasonable people and keep it away from the ragers. Lastly, I think requiring a unanimous vote would prevent people from getting kicked just for not following the meta.
