Why am i people in my games that are level 30 and have these colored rims in the loading screen

i have been starting to play pvp and ive been placed with people with over 500+ wins and sometimes 700+ and there a lot better then me and i cant to much vs it because they end up always beating me and i haven't gotten to many wins and i don`t feel like i belong with people who have more then 400 wins then me.

**I`m unsure of this but could it because i create my account in 2013 but only really started playing regularly in 2016

should i start playing with friends in a party who are around my level?

To answer your question, league queues are weird.

To give you a solution, play with those people until you are those people.

it's because you're getting close to level 30. and specially in normals people queue up with random people alot and because of this the matchmaking system is always messed up.

Also those rims represent where they got to in ranked last season. :).
