already up
Im guessing they are already up. My ping went from 100's to 60's late last week
Riot hasn't released anything saying that the move has already occured. People that claim it has are mistaken : /. Riot stated on their roadmap that it would be occuring within the upcoming weeks. They only just did the first live test last week, so they are still processing the data and optimizing the traffic network with ISPs.
