Brief Cinematics on Champion Bios?

So, has anyone else noticed the strange icons and cinematics present on some of the League Champion bios?

The affected bios are Garen, Sona, Vi, and Zed. Each one has an animated icon of the Champion appearing to be asleep, and the cinematics seem to show some sort of aura coming off of each of them. I'm not sure if anyone else has already posted on this, or have already posted on it. I was just curious if anyone else had noticed it.
