I'm plat 4. Maybe riot should start working on queue times for all times and not just peak hours.

yah its called choosing fill
happens at gold 5 too. Top/Mid isn't an option top/jungle isn't an option mid/jungle isn't an option. ADC has slightly shorter queue times...
Even in normals...
Riot broke the game with dynamic queue, it's now.. either play with a group or play support or wait forever for a game that you'll probably get annoyed with just cause of the wait.
