Game With a Rioter

I hear a lot on the boards about people getting chances to play with rioters and it sounds so cool to me, but I'm overseas and any time i see anything about it it's too late. Was just wondering if there is any way that a game or two could be set up for us poor souls many time zones away. I have quiet a few friends that live here as well and would love the opportunity. I don't wish to create inconvenience so if it's too much we understand. Thanks for all you do for us as players, we really do appreciate everyone at riot.
