Leavebuster Agreement

I restarted my computer because league launched in a crazy aspect ratio and I couldn't figure out how to fix it with in game options. After which league asked me to type I Agree to not leaving more games.

I add the following addendum to the agreement. When it suits me and I choose to, though I am aware of the effect it has on play. The previous round I had a lovely 4v5 face stomp of us with no adc the entire game out of the gate.

I additionally propose that League not start games when people don't connect :)
