Ideas to help with Ranked Teams - Management Issues!

I just started a really cool group of friends to play ranked teams and while I filled up my roster, some of the teammates are on various times during the day/week while others are not. Most of the team have not met each other as of yet.

I would have a better time managing this new team if I had the ability to leave notes to the teammates whether they are online or not. For example, I want them to get to know each other, to add everyone to their lists and begin to play random games together now and then. Also to be able to tell them I would be on at such time to play a ranked game to try to be on at that time or even to go ahead and do some games with or without me being online.

As of now, I have to be online in the game 24/7 all week to try and catch everyone to tell them whats up with the team stuff and the inability to drop a note while they are offline would be awesome. So as they log in they can go read it. The ability to send notes to both team wide or select individuals would be great as well. Perhaps the teammates can also use a note pad to message others to the team only regarding team related stuff, for example, like hey gathering up for a ranked game now, you in?

If we have the ability to notify everyone in advance of a practice and perhaps to be on for an upcoming ranked series and have that notification go out to them whether they are online or not, perhaps if not it will notify them in a special notification area when they log-in next would be all that I could possibly ask for.

It would be ideal to have all players on all the time but we are all girls which is a little bit more rare to have all of us online all the time together. Sure I can make a roster of my buddies who are online all the time but this team is a little bit different.

I am still having trouble reaching all the players on the team...I sit keeping a lookout when i would much rather drop a message and go or play more. If I end up dropping someone from the team I would love to be able to put a brief explanation as to why for obvious reasons perhaps they don't log in to play as often as we need but I would like to keep them on an alternate list or something?

Anyone else have half the trouble I am having getting their team moving along? Some feed back is welcome to know that it is just me or they have similar problems.

I am close to giving up already!

Riot absolutely needs something in game for this.

I use an app called Atlas: Scheduling Re-Invented for Mobile.

It's simple, and people get updates on their phone, not some website they never visit.

The only problem is that it does require personal info in order to invite teammates.

There are other websites that only require a user name and is a little less personal. But that's your call. Just Google it.
