Broken hextech crafting and bugsplats

Every time i open hextech crafting my game crashes and i get bug splats in game i lost 18 lp because of it and my team surrendered as i reconnected which is unfair after playing this game since the first year it was released right now is the worst it has every been so b.s. how everything is always broken some champ is always disabled due to riots fuck ups and honestly I'm tired of losing my lp cause they cant get there shit together
