Can you please make the silver banner look more like silver?

I just hit silver 5, and I realize, man, the silver border doesn't look very shiny at all. It looks just gray. I made an image for comparison of real silver. Here

Additionally I would like to say that the gold icon in friend's list looks bronze. Could you fix that too? The distinction between what kind of rank you are when looking at friend's list is unclear for me for all tiers.
