lvl 16 quests

so i was thinking, since Riot has been doing more with the lore in league it would be super cool if we got a few more lvl 16 quests (like how if you have and on opposing teams, who ever kills the other first gets a permanent buff once theyre both lvl 16, I also beleive theres an / one). I ve been thinking that there should be one for / since there was the whole bilgewater event, something like if gp kills mf, he gets full upgrades on his ult and maybe an extra barrel or maybe parrrley will proc trial by fire, I dont know what kinds of upgrades mf would get for killing gp because I don't play her as I am a top main, but something simmilar in that it would upgrade an ability of hers.other champs it could work fore with lore in mind are / , / , / etc hopefully riot will see this because i think that these "side quests" are a very interesting and dynamic part of the game that very few people know about because there are so few of them. Let me know what you think in the comments section, and hopefully some one from Riot will see this eventually
