2016 Harrowing?
It is October 20th in EUW and still no Harrowing event? When is it coming already?

No Harrowing this year. Riot is running Doom Bots as the Halloween event this year. It will either be this weekend or next weekend, ... or both, I'm not completely sure. They may even activate it this weekend and run it through Halloween..... I hope!
