Mobafire build - For Swelteringmuffin.

Just started playing LoL, and I am using your build for Soraka. I'm kinda short on funds right now so can't get an account at mobafire, to thank you for the build. It is amazing, I got an S- in one match and cause so much havoc as a support.

The only thing I changed really, because I can't afford some of the runes atm, is exhaust out for the heal. I am primarily a healer, and having the extra heal for when all mine are on cd really helps out in team fights.
