Smurf test on the Tribunal system!

Hello everyone, I am writing this because i did a test on the tribunal system and it resulted in a permaban on my smurf (silver 2). I tested the tribunal out by being toxic, AFKing and trolling and the ONLY thing my account got banned for was toxicity. I got multiple chat restrictions before my account got banned for 2 weeks, and then eventually Perma banned. HOWEVER, in multiple ranked games i would go AFK and/or troll and i DID get reported for that, but was i punished? NO. Was i banned? NO. nothing ever happened. I got a notification that i had been reported but that was it. NOW BACK TO THE PERMA BAN FOR BEING TOXIC (Please note, i wasn't calling anyone names, i wasn't saying "go die i hope you get cancer", i was just calling them noobs, and telling them to stop feeding in a very aggressive way). If 3 or 4 people report you in a game for being "toxic" you receive a 2 week ban, and then if it happens again you get permabanned?!?! what logic is that when there are trolls and AFKs still being able to play this game freely without any punishment. Now during the ranked games i was TOXIC in, i still won. I WON RANKED GAMES WHILE BEING TOXIC AND EVERYBODY WAS HAPPY. Now if i lost a ranked game intentionally from trolling my entire team wants to quit and NOTHING happens to my account. Also, for toxicity (this is just my opinion) i believe in giving players a chance to get better. and a BAN, which results in years of effort in an account is not the way to do it. The TOXIC player will then just make a new account and continue to be toxic. Please think of another way to punish players. League of legends is way to fun for random accounts being banned for toxicity while AFKers and troll accounts are still there. Now i am a little upset that my account is permabanned, but i am even more upset that it was because of me being TOXIC than anything else. Riot, coming from a competitive gamer and streamer, your tribunal system is flawed. Good job Riot, you have found a way to make League of Legends LESS competitive and fun. Please fix it and give me my smurf account back lol (or at least ban it for AFKing/ trolling which im pretty sure i made more people upset like that than being "toxic").
