I think we should make the gifting center be available for IP and RP. My friends wanted to gift me champions with ip, so i think itll be nice for this new thing to happen. Please look into this guys and comment what you guys think. Thanks!

I have a bunch of rp, but nothing to do with it. I can't even send it to someone, I have to purchase more that I would be able to send. I would love to be able to gift already bought rp, or even use ip as well.
Granted it would be nice if we could gift with IP as well, but I don't like the idea of some level 1 with every champion in the game because their big brother has been playing league for years and has nothing else to spend IP on, for now I prefer the the previous guys idea of simply allowing you to gift already bought RP.
This just makes it even easier to have bots farm IP for people, so I don't think Riot would ever add it. Plus, the point of IP is to unlock the content yourself.
I agree and I just wrote a big post about this and then poof it's gone and not posted.
