I think we should make the gifting center be available for IP and RP. My friends wanted to gift me champions with ip, so i think itll be nice for this new thing to happen. Please look into this guys and comment what you guys think. Thanks!

Vallinv22 votesGranted it would be nice if we could gift with IP as well, but I don't like the idea of some level 1 with every champion in the game because their big brother has been playing league for years and has nothing else to spend IP on, for now I prefer the the previous guys idea of simply allowing you to gift already bought RP.
xPepi1 votesI agree which is why I think everyone should be lvl 20 or 30 before they can receive certain types of gifts. I think lvl 30 is fair. It usually indicates that the player will stay and is somewhat dedicated to the game.
Pyrrasu1 votesThis just makes it even easier to have bots farm IP for people, so I don't think Riot would ever add it. Plus, the point of IP is to unlock the content yourself.
