Change runes and summoner icons in champ select

I would love the option to change runes in champ select obviously because every champion plays differently and may have specific runes that are better for them than the generic "role rune pages." Also I would like to be able to choose my summoner icon for the loading screen. I have all of the team builder icons but I never use them because chances are I'm not even going to play that role. I have more examples but I'm lazy. Anyone else agree with me or am I missing something?
