New report options

The thing with instalock is that not all players do it because they're a-holes. Some players instalock because they might only know how to play that one champ, and do it because they have no one to talk with when they have to explain their situation.

I do, however, believe a report system should be implemented in the Champ Select phase which should contain several reasons for reporting.

For example:

• Report for troll exits (some wait until there's just one second left before the game starts, and leave before the timer ends because they don't like something in the setup and refuse to cooperate in finding a solution)
• Instalocks followed by the refusal to cooperate with the team and then leave

I can't think of more at this point, but you get the idea.

The current system allows you to report someone only AFTER the match ends. This allows a huge amount of people to go by unsanctioned for bad behaviour because the match doesn't even start.

I think the developers should integrate automatic penalizations. Not just from reports received and not just for people that AFK, or dodge matches. For example, in draft pick, if a fellow player bans your pre-selected champion just to be rude, i think it should be registered automatically. I strongly recommend features like this. It will really filter out the tribunal responsibilities and make punishments quicker.
