Play testing New Champs In Store

Not quite sure if this is an already existing thread as i am a bit too lazy or I have been searching the wrong things, but does anyone else think we should have the ability to play a few bot games, 1v1 single lane against 1 CPU when thinking about buying a new champion? As I feel as if waiting for that "one" lucky week where your champion you want to play is freely available is a bit too disconcerting and time consuming. If anyone has played "Heroes Of The Storm" before you would know this is an option when thinking about buying said champion free of charge of course. Does Riot have any plans on making this a feature?
