Suggestion: Add player reporting in champ select

Getting pretty tired of having to dodge ranked queues because people threaten to troll or just come in raging. In my opinion, it's worth taking the 3 LP hit rather than sitting through 20 min of misery and losing even more LP-- but god, is it frustrating to see trolls get away with their behavior scot-free while I need to wait 5:30 for my next queue.

Also, it'd be nice if normal tribunal would ever come back. Reporting right now just feels like shouting into the wind.
