10 months for Officer Vi and Haunted Zyra, really!?

A re-release of 16 skins and 2 new skins for a huge NA holiday that I believe a lot of LoL players look forward to every year for the cool skins and excuse me language but all we fucking get is Officer Vi and Haunted Zyra? Are kidding? Sure a lot of work is being put into Season 4, I can only imagine how much, but 10 months for 2 skins that aren't even anywhere near last years Harrowing quality? I expect someone to say "blah blah it's free to play why the fuck are you complaining?" and to that I'd say I am someone who enjoys buying cool skins... one's that are actually worth it and not just costumes. It just sucks knowing work was put into these skins and this is the crap that has become 2013 Halloween skins. I was really looking forward to some great Halloween skins and we get a cop skin and a pale plant. Great.

Yeah I'm pretty sure the whole art department has been shut down for the previous 10 months so that they could release these 2 skins.

No reworks, no new skins, no new champions, no teaser... nothing.

sultan gp is just a year anniversary for Turkish server I believe :(. I was really looking forward to like a harrowing Sejuani skin or something. Zombie Brand, Haunted Maokai and Headless Horseman Hecarim were badass and for the quality to just fall to this is insane.

I'm pretty happy to hear about a new Zyra skin being released, and I think it's quite fitting. She'll also be getting a skin just like the TPA skins, in commemoration with Season 3's SK Telecom T1 victory. Officer Vi is excellently fitting for her. Also, what do you mean 10 months? If you actually count the amount of things that have been released in the past ten months, it should be obvious that the Harrowing skins were not on the list until just recently. How much work do you think went into Jinx, Lucian, Aatrox, Thresh, Quinn, Zac, and Lissandra? What about the Howling Abyss, which also came out within the past ten months? Or perhaps I should mention the work that was done on the upcoming map, the "Magma Chamber". And how about these guys: Aether Wing Kayle, Steel Legion Garen, Steel Legion Lux, Debonair Jayce, iBlitzcrank, Gladiator Draven, Blackfrost Anivia, Bloodstone Lissandra, Justicar Aatrox, Ghost Bride Morgana, Woad King Darius, Arcade Hecarim, Hired Gun Lucian, Forecast Janna, Masked Shaco, Deep Terror Thresh, Phoenix Quinn, Celestine Soraka, Headhunter Nidalee, Special Weapon Zac, Ice Drake Shyvana, Runeguard Volibear, Spirit Guard Udyr, Bear Cavalry Sejuani, Creator Viktor, Pool Party Graves + Lee Sin + Leona + Renekton, Riot Blitzcrank, Mafia Jinx, Panda Annie, Jade Fang Cassiopeia, Dragonwing Corki, Warring Kingdoms Jarvan IV + Xin Zhao, and the 5 TPA skins?

There were also the Three full reworks on Karma, Sejuani, and Trundle. There's the reworks of Heimerdinger and Xerath, plus the Visual Update on Sivir.

All of this requires a serious amount of work and dedication, yet you still have the audacity to insult them on the quality level of skins that aren't even complete yet? The Harrowing doesn't start for another week at least, so there will almost definitely be new skins for it other than Haunted Zyra and maybe Officer Vi. How about we wait a minute before we start criticizing, and take in the facts.
