New Rune Idea: Bonus Magic Damage Runes

My idea is to have bonus magic damage runes I think it would be great to our collection of runes and would work great with warwick and all those bonus magic damage users. You could make bonus magic damage per level runes a max of 50 or something or just straight bonus magic damage right away runes, a total of 30 magic damage at the start of the game.
