Did the amount of IP received per win/loss get changed?

About 2 or 3 days ago I started noticing that I was getting around 100+ IP per loss and about 150/200+ IP per win, without first win of the day bonus, with some games reaching as high as 300 IP. At first I thought that maybe this was the normal amount and that I was just overreacting and that it was just in my head, but then my friend told me that he got about 400 IP for a game that he played, and said that he got it without the first win of the day IP bonus. When I asked one of my friends if he has also received increased amount of IP per win/loss he said that it was normal for him, with losses getting up to 70 IP and wins to about 130 IP. I looked online and couldn't find an article about any IP change at all, which kinda made me confused.
