I think it would be really cool if Riot expanded the Bot system to where users had control of the bots, didn't have to play a whole game, could restart after 10 minutes ( instantly from in game).

I would like to practice Cs over and over again. I would lime to practice catching draven axes over and over again on a still target without farming for defense items and then heading to dragon or nashor or bothering a buddy. I would also like to practice comboing things with LeBlanc or khazix without getting insta stunned from Ashe or brand or w.e. Finally use blade of the ruined king.

it would be nice if there was a training ground that could satisfy these things without investing more than 3 minutes. I bet there would be more mechanically adept players.

This exists! Just go make your own custom game and make it a private game so that random people won't jump in while you are setting up. But yeah, an environment where you can face off against especially inept bots to practice mechanics for as much or as little time as your heart desires... that's a thing you can do right now.
