Smurfs are ruining my experience

So my friends got me to try league about 2 weeks ago and so far i've really enjoyed it but recently i;ve been encountering more "Smurfs" then ever and they seem to just ruin the experience for em and my brother (who started about 3 days ago). Everytime smurfs are involved it comes down to the team with more smurfs to decide who wins and often since i'm in a pretty large group of new players (since i'm playing with both my brother and a friend) we come up against smurf pre mades who completely thrash us. What are you guys thoughts on smurfs and do you think riot should give an option to specifically sign up as a smurf and be matched with others smurfs for more exp or something?

It's players who are either bad at the game when they use a level 30 summoner account, or try hards who are just taking a break from their elo to pub stop.

It's not exactly helpful for the learning curve, there's always vs AI bots but that's counterproductive because it's going to teach the new players bad playing mechanics since the bots are tards.

smurfing is also helpful to new players looking for advice on champs, roles, builds and stuff it is and can be a huge factor in some games but its good to take a break from lvl 30 queues and ranked games at times cause it is a very salty area compared to the new players and "smurfs" if you're looking to queue with anyone for fun hit me up on my new acc: IMT Varric have a good day summoner and see you on the rift!
