How many games can this guy ruin before he gets banned?

Hey, Before i start things off, I would like to mention that this NEEDS to get to riot asap. I had just made it to promos yesterday, and was 1-1 to getting onto bronze II. everything was great, and my friend asked if i wanted to duo to get me there. I was like, yeah bro, lets do it! in the next few pictures, you will see how my dreams went south......

After looking at the links, ask yourself: how long until this person gets banned? I blacked out all names so people weren't "called out" in this whole affair. The fact that this guy said this, and then disconnected right as the game started really got me in a " wow this isn't fun" mood. what would you guys do in this situation? all we did was call lane pref and he freaks out.

Lastly, i know i sound needy. but riot, if it was ANYWHERE possible, i would love to have a redo at that promo game. I'm sure anyone who reads this here will say "Yeah right, BRO, we had this happen too", but I am to the point where i am not having any fun in this game with people like this. If nothing else, this account needs to be banned. I can only imagine how people feel

I had a guy one game that played Singed and said he was trolling, he was polite and all and I just thought he was going to be level 1 farming mid lane at the inhib.

He eventually fed their Poppy top lane to the point where she one shot us all so many times . He said he was trying to make a point how he's been purposely feeding on the same account for two weeks every day, and hasn't been banned despite numerous reports. All he really said was "I'm just trying to get banned but Riot won't do it."

Riot's leaver buster system and chat restriction punishments are both highly flawed, now they won't ban a guy who goes 0/30 every game he plays.

I just wish you got one dodge per promo/placement series. In a perfect world it's a 50/50 chance of you winning, but when a troll shows up in champ select there's just nothing you can do but take it and just hope he afk's instead of feeds so you have a sliver of a chance at a 4v5. I get why Riot doesn't want people dodging but if you only get one dodge then it's not like it can be abused.

Doing my placements (finally) right now, 1 loss 1 win... Can only hope to avoid this sorta guy.

Anyways. As far as I'm aware Riot only does Loss Prevented when there are server issues. I suppose I can't blame them too much, imagine the poor guy who would have to sift through hundreds of chat logs just to deem Loss Prevented. Probably would need a Tribunal system with how often these threads pop up. Anyways, hopefully lightning strikes three times on the day of a solar eclipse whilst the planets align and you get loss prevented, GLHF.

If you really want to get riot in on this it would seemt the best place to put this complaint would be submitting a request through Riot's Support page. By posting it here it seems you're trying to get us on your side whereas putting it there may get Riot on your side.

Guys, stop blacking out. I don't see the reason why people like this should get away with things like that by staying anonymous. In our country they started releasing pictures of hooligans and guess what. They can be punished now for being retards.

So he complains about a shitty league community and calls them garbage ass players, when he is just adding fuel to the fire by saying all that stuff and AFKing from the start? I bet the only reason they are "shitty players" is because of his attitude and how he acts in his matches. I feel bad for you man for having to deal with BS like that. It happens to the best of us in ranked and boy does it suck.

riot knows if they ban him he just makes a new account and ruins game for new players. banning is not the answer for them.
