Quick question about computer specs

First I would like to apologize if I ask any stupid questions as I really don't know that much about computers. I currently play on a really bad laptop (20-30fps) and I am looking at upgrading. This is the specs of the PC I am looking at:

AMD Quad Core A10-6700 3.7 ghz 8GB RAM Radeon HD 8760D Graphics

So would this be a good computer for league? How much fps could I reasonably expect to get at medium (or even low, I don't mind) graphics?

How suitable this computer is for you depends on your expectation from it.

Radeon Hd 8760D is an Integrated, OEM, pre-installed graphics card for AMD CPUs similar to an Intel HD 2500 to an i5 core. Generally, any integrated GPUs are not very effective for gaming. For one, you lack any Vram and must allocate RAM away from general CPU process. As well, the CPU will end up doing most of the work and be bottle necked by the GPU while playing games.

Another aspect about this PC to note is that it does not specify the frequency of the RAM. 8 GB is plenty, but got a game such as LoL, 4 GB of good RAM would be better. Since RAM chips are placed in the north-bridge side of the mother board, good RAM (1600 mhz or higher) has one of the best effects on overall performance.

This computer is worthwhile for its price tag, and you should be able to run League at 60 frames or at least your monitor refresh rate at low to medium settings. Since it is a PC, I recommend adding a GPU and a SSD (get them during boxing day?) in the future.

A dedicated GPU will help tremendously in games, and a SSD for your OS and games will make process run much more smoothly.
