Leaver Buster is Bull

My brother's learning League and his computer crashed during a beginner BOT match and he was out of the game for ten minutes before being able to rejoin. I've never gotten a leaver buster low priority punishment, but I find it completely unreasonable that we have to keep waiting five minutes because he was afk during a BOT match. Not only that, but when we were in queue with a party one of them didn't manage to hit accept in time and we had to start the five minute queue AGAIN. It'd be great if you could fix this stupid ass problem, since it's sincerely cutting into our gaming time and it's not like being afk in a bot match should actually be punishable. Even if it is punishable, why make us wait again for accidentally missing the "accept" in queue?

Should mention it was his **first **offense and I can confirm since every match he has played has been with me since downloading the game.

Been playing for 3+ years and I'm just about ready to give up my favourite game due to stupid changes and this is one of them
