Im banned, no warning, nothing, just banned for getting flamed and flaming back

SO, in my last game, a Rakan and Xayah insta locked them from me. So i went mid orianna, i fed because i never have played orianna before. They start flaming me, calling me bac, saying i bought the account off ebay etc. I flamed them back like and i get banned. FIRST OFFENSE NO WARNING NO NOTHING! Another thing thats funny, RAKAN WAS TALKING THE ENTIRE GAME I SAID 3 BAD THINGS! And he said like 20 different bad things. Riot, 1, No warning, i would have said i understand and would have not done it again, then you let someone who started the flaming get through and not be banned? yea that's dumb, no warning no nothing just an instant 14-day ban and he gets nothing, k riot, im done with this, I want to appeal this crap. This is not fair what so ever. Hope you guys catch actual toxic players instead of someone thats never toxic EVER! This is so stupid. Ps. IT WAS A NORMAL GAME THATS WHY I WENT FIRST TIME ORIANNA, also, i have friends that have said WAY WORSE than i did and they still havent been banned
