Idea!

I'm sure this has been thought about a trillion times but if there is anyway to fix the problem of connecting and calling lanes in chat in normals prior to the game beginning, I think it could fix a ton of anger issues, rage quitting, flaming, etc. etc., before the game even starts. Perhaps disable chat until all people are connected. I don't know just trying to brainstorm.
