Rune Page Names Won't Change

Hi there, I've been trying to get my names on my rune pages to change, but every time I go to change my rune's names they never want to save. I can change my rune pages, but i can't change the names. For example: I have a kindred jungle page, but it's named "AP with Scaling AP" since it will revert whatever the name was to previous names. Anyone have any help? Thanks!

Click it, change it, hit enter, it should save. I've also had the problem that the names while in champ select don't update to match the real names, which I think I fixed by just re-logging.
